How refunds work while UrNorth runs as an invitation-only, manually operated beta. Plain language, not legal advice, and shown to you before any payment is requested.
If the report is not useful, too generic, or clearly misses, you receive a full refund within 14 days, no explanation required.
The founder may offer a rewrite first, but you can choose the refund instead.
If UrNorth cannot deliver in the promised window, you may choose a full refund or a later delivery.
You pay before report production starts and then cancel: refund eligible.
The report is delivered and you dislike every part: manual review, with a refund or partial refund at the founder's discretion during the beta.
The birth data you supplied was incorrect: one correction pass may be offered, and a refund is not automatic.
